What is the process for returning an order?

Unfortunately, a return is not included in our Replacement and Refund Policy. All the products are made-to-order, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we can offer a free replacement or a refund if the request meets certain criteria:

  • Significantly different from the preview shown to you.
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
  • Wrong item with what you ordered.
  • Missing item.


Therefore, feel free to contact us or via email [email protected] so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible within 14 days from the date you received your package.
