The tracking shows my order as being delivered, but I haven’t received it.

• The carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check: Mailbox, Porch, Garage, Any area out of potential weather hazards, exterior doors, and any locations where the package could be placed
• Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
• Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
• If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping
• Some carriers' delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "Delivered" prematurely. Please wait 2-3 business days because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following days.
• In recent years, package theft has been a growing issue across various areas in the U.S. If you suspect that someone may have stolen your package, please check any security cameras you have around your property for more information. Unfortunately, in the case of a missing package due to theft, we are unable to assist directly. If the package is confirmed missing, we follow a procedure by alerting the postal inspector and filing a local police report, as this is considered US Mail Theft.

We encourage you to report theft to local authorities so they can build a pattern in your area, as this is a growing concern. If you are comfortable, we can share your contact information with the postal inspector and police in our claim. Please let us know if you have any objections.
